Where are you located?

We are based out of Metro Vancouver, BC. 

Do we do customized gifts?

Yes of course! Just send me an email and i'll reply as soon as possible and we can put our heads together for the most perfect gift. (Custom box page coming soon)

Can I pickup my gifts?

We now offer local pickup in Surrey, BC. 
Orders for pickup will typically be ready within 12-24 hours, when your order is ready we will send you a confirmation email with the address to pickup your box!

What if I need my gifts last minute?

Contact me and I will see what I can do for speedy local delivery. As for shipping, I can't guarantee estimated shipping times, especially as we get closer to the holidays! My best advice would be to order the gift boxes about a week before needed.

Do you ship to US?

We now ship within Canada and to the US!

How do you ship packages?

Packages are shipped in a normal shipping box with recycled paper for extra cushion. All boxes will be sealed with biodegradable and recyclable water activated tape, along with eco-friendly shipping labels. Making all the shipping packaging easy to recycle with no single-use waste or plastics!

Are all the products Canadian?

We currently use about 95% of Canadian products, including our packaging! Our plan is to source out 100% Canadian products and packaging by 2022!

How are you sustainable?

- Shopping and eating locally is one of the best ways to be more sustainable, that's a huge reason why feature and seek out local artists/makers!

- Our materials for packaging are 100% recyclable, we don't use single-use plastics or plastic tape on any of our shipping parcels or gift wrapping! 

- We support other sustainable small businesses!
